Appointment Information

Appointment Bookings

Bookings are done directly through me by clicking the “Work with Me” button below or by phone: 250-858-8258.

Once you receive notification of your booking, I ask that you kindly put this into your personal calendar!

You will also receive a 24 hour reminder along with an invoice for your session.

Arrival

There will be a brief health consultation before your treatment begins. To fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, please turn off all cell phones/smart phones and any other electronic devices upon arrival. Street parking is provided to assure plenty of time for your appointment.

Cancellations

I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and that occasionally a cancellation may be necessary. In this event, I require a minimum notice of 24 hours for all booked appointments. Short notice cancellations and no-shows will result in the full appointment fee remaining due for payment. Thank you for your understanding. Your gift certificate or credit card number will be used to secure your booking.

Payment

As a small business and a home based business, I am working with my clients to provide a contact-less payment solution that is beneficial for both parties. E-transfer provides a great solution and is easy peasy! I have auto deposit, so it's seamless! You will receive an invoice 24 hours before our session and payment is due upon receipt. In the event that you don’t play well with computers, cash or personal cheques can also be received. Require another payment option? No problem! Let’s talk!

All prices are subject to change and are listed in Canadian dollars. GST is included in all prices listed.

Gift Certificates

I provide gift certificates for my services and/or monetary values. They are fully transferable, but non-refundable. Please present your gift certificate at the time of your booking. Amarna Holistic Centre is not responsible for any lost or otherwise unusable certificates, so please store it in a safe place!

Facilities

I provide a robe and fresh linens (sheets/towels) for all clients. Soothe away tension as you sit in my cozy treatment room surrounded by ambient music and soft lighting...
