Appointment Bookings

Bookings are done directly through me by clicking the “Work with Me” button below or by phone: 250-858-8258.

Once you receive notification of your booking, I ask that you kindly put this into your personal calendar!

You will also receive a 24 hour reminder along with an invoice for your session.

Please Note: Amarna Holistic Centre will be closed August 1 - September 1st for summer holidays.

Arrival

There will be a brief health consultation before your treatment begins. To fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, please turn off all cell phones/smart phones and any other electronic devices upon arrival. Street parking is provided to assure plenty of time for your appointment.

Cancellations

I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and that occasionally a cancellation may be necessary. In this event, I require a minimum notice of 24 hours for all booked appointments. Short notice cancellations and no-shows will result in the full appointment fee remaining due for payment. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment

E-transfer, cash or personal cheques are accepted as payment. You will receive an invoice 24 hours before our session and payment is due upon receipt. If you are paying via cash or cheque, these are gratefully received when you arrive for your appointment.

All prices are subject to change and are listed in Canadian dollars. GST is included in all prices listed.

Gift Certificates

I provide digital notification to the recipient for my services and/or monetary values. They are fully transferable, but non-refundable.

Facilities

I provide a robe and fresh linens (sheets/towels) for all clients. Soothe away tension as you sit in my cozy treatment room surrounded by ambient music and natural lighting...
